Yaamava’ currently welcomes guests 21+ only, including hotel stays, dining and events. All on-property activations follow that policy. A small share of event demand, paired with year-round destination campaigns, can create meaningful value. Explore the assumptions and see the difference between revenue, media value and cash return.
14,250 incremental room nights × $500 combined spend

View the math, inventory limits and media assumptions +
Demand and inventory. iFlag’s 85,000 annual regional room-night planning figure includes all ages and multiple properties. This model assumes only eligible 21+ incremental bookings at Yaamava’. The default 5% event capture equals 4,250 room nights. With 432 rooms, that volume would need to be spread across at least 10 nights even at full availability, including pre- and post-event stays. The capture slider models demand, not confirmed hotel inventory. Final peak-night availability, baseline occupancy, displacement, eligible audience size and length of stay must be validated. Off-event bookings are a separate year-round assumption, not additional nights during the tournament.
Cash return. Incremental room nights × (room rate + non-room spend) × contribution margin, less $2M annual sponsorship fee and entered activation costs. The default case assumes 5% event room-night capture, 10,000 additional off-event annual room nights, $350 ADR, $150 non-room spend, 60% contribution margin and $0.00 extra activation costs. These are planning inputs, not researched market benchmarks or promised results. Year 2028 adds an assumed $37,500 incremental cost for the 30-room allocation from check-in July 14 to check-out July 24, at $125 per occupied room per night. Taxes, financing and unmodeled incremental expenses are excluded.
Media value. CBS: 12 spots × assumed $25,000 = $300,000. Resort feature: assumed $70,000. World Cup ESPN unit: assumed $50,000 in its delivery year. The model includes that unit only in 2028, the proposed World Cup year. Digital: illustrative 50M delivered adult-qualified impressions ÷ 1,000 × assumed $12 CPM = $600,000. Total $970,000 in 2027/2029 and $1.02M in 2028; no rate card, delivery guarantee or independent valuation is implied. Digital impressions are an illustrative assumption, not the PDF’s reported recipient pool. Radio, earned media, stadium naming and talent exposure carry no additional value here to avoid overlap.
Break-even. With current inputs, 6,667 incremental paid room nights would cover the fee and modeled costs through cash contribution alone. Media-equivalent value is never included in cash ROI. Actual sponsorship ROI requires attributable incrementality and complete cost reporting.
